Admission to graduate studies

In general, admission to graduate programs (microprograms, DESS and Master’s) require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Admission to postgraduate studies

For admission to postgraduate programs (PhD), a Master’s degree or equivalent is usually required.

The program information pages present general and specific eligibility conditions, the list of additional documents to provide when applying for admission, as well as supplementary requirements (if applicable).


Equivalency levels by country or diploma

If you have studied abroad, refer to the equivalency levels by country for admission to graduate studies. This page indicates, for every country, the degree that is usually accepted by the Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for an application for admission at the Master’s and Doctoral levels. Holding the degree and the minimum grade average required does not however guarantee admission. Specific admission requirements also appear in each program description.
